Vine comes together each week through the hard work of our dedicated team of volunteers. There’s no better way to become an active member of the Vine community, than by volunteering for one of our teams. Look at the information below to find the team that fits your interest. All you have to do is let us know you’re interested. We’ll make sure you get the training you need to get started ASAP! Contact Vine's Volunteer Lead Jennifer Boll at

Each quarter we have a Serve Sunday to give people the opportunity to let us know the Sundays they want to serve in the coming three months. Sunday servants can serve full-time (every Sunday), a whole month of Sundays, or the "plug me in" option (whenever available).

Greeters
Our greeters are the “friendly” face of Vine. Members of the team might serve at one of several different stations on Sunday morning...
- At the main entrances, holding the door open and greeting people as they come in the building;
- At the Vine entrances, giving people a handout, helping people find a seat, inviting people to enjoy a coffee and donut
- At the visitor kiosk, showing people the way to nursery & Kids Etc. dropoffs, escorting people to the Vine entrance
- At the visitor kiosk after Vine, giving first-time visitors their gift bag, enjoying a time of fellowship
Volunteer Details: We ask that our hospitality team members be in position by 10:10 am. Greeters and ushers can sit down and enjoy the service by 10:40. Feel free to wear what you normally wear to Vine, but always wear your smile!

Foodies
The foodie team is responsible for the food and drink we serve at Vine. This includes brewing coffee, setting up food platters, monitoring the Vine Café at the beginning of the worship gathering, then cleaning up after the gathering.
Volunteer Details: We need 2 foodies each week. Food preparation takes about 30-45 minutes. The Vine Café must be ready by 10:00 am. It takes about 20 minutes to clean up the café after the worship gathering. We ask that the same volunteers setup and take down each week.
Worship Space
Our worship space team turns the fellowship hall into Vine. We have a setup team that puts it all together and the take down team that puts it all away.
Volunteer Details: We need 3 people to do the "heavy" setup at 7:30 a.m. (tables, stools, soft chairs, worship furnishings, curtains - takes about 45-60 minutes); about 2 people to help with "light" setup at 8 a.m. (Bibles, pens, decorations, sets, artwork - takes about 60 minutes) and 7 people to help take everything down each week. Take down occurs right after the service and takes about 30 minutes. We use different teams for setup and take down, but certainly welcome those community members who can help with both each week!
Band Setup
The ten 30 band helps lead Vine. It takes a team of people to setup the band area before each service. This team sets up the microphones, monitors, music stands, and other equipment on the band stage.
Volunteer Details: We need 1-2 people to help setup the band area each week. Setup begins at 7:30 am and usually takes about 30 minutes.
Tech
The tech team operates the cameras, projection screens, PowerPoint, lights, and sound each week.
Volunteer Details: We need 7 people to run tech each week. The tech team must be in position by 10:00 am. Technical training is provided to anyone interested in serving.
